not much running this week. ET for a little over 6 ET miles or 60 minutes. i really wish i knew if there really was an equivalent to ET miles. anyway, a good hour of cardio followed by a 30 min weights and abs session. nothing too intense bc i didn’t want to be sore after, but i sure was pooped by the end. felt good.
today i came home and did a little under 3.5 miles to stretch out and make sure i wasn’t too creaky come saturday. i felt awesome. cause it was AWESOME outside. sleeveless shirt. wardrobe decision made i think. now if only the ipod mix would finish itself!
anyway, i’m ready. let’s do this!
